If you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will spend its whole life thinking it is stupid. (Albert Einstein).

Einstein said that everyone is a genius - but if we constantly strive to achieve what is outside our expertise and skill, we will be constantly disappointed.

What are you really good at? Make a list of all your strengths, the things you are proud of.  Now list the resources that you need to achieve those things you are good at. There's your recipe for success.  If you make sure that you are surrounded by what you need to succeed, and you focus on the things that play to your strengths, you will taste success again and again.

Of course it is also good to grow the muscle that helps you to do things that are not naturally your strengths.  Build up your ability to do those things that don't come naturally.  But the secret of success is knowing yourself and what you are naturally good at.

You are who you choose to be.
