Steve Radcliffe's little book "How to Make a Bigger Difference" is based on the premise of a leadership style that is about "Future - Engage - Deliver".  He suggests that we are all the same, in that we hold ourselves back, and we can all make a bigger difference if we become more of a leader.  Of course, practice makes it easier.  We can all "grow our leadership muscle" and the more we practice, the easier it gets.  You know the saying...the harder I try, the luckier I get!

Make a list of of positive attributes that demonstrate your leadership, and how you can help those around you to flourish.

Use your common sense! Did you know that common sense and a sense of humour are the same thing, moving at different speeds? A sense of humour is just common sense dancing, according to William James.

WH Auden said " We are here on earth to help others. What the others are here for I've no idea!"
