Are you stuck? Unable to see how to get to where you want to be?  Here is an exercise that might help you find your next step.
1. Imagine what it would look like if you had achieved that goal - whatever it is. Think about what it looks and feels like. How do you know you are there?  What would you say are the key facts that make it "perfect"?
2. On a scale of one to ten, with one being not there at all, and ten being in that place you have just imagined, where are you right now?  Think about what you have achieved so far - what has got you this far? Note your successes.
3. Now think about what would take you one step further than that. What do you need to do to make that possible? Think about what if feels like to achieve that.
4. Now think about what you need to do to take the next step....and start to plan the route to 10!

As I suggested in my last post, it helps to write it down.  Make a plan, write it down!
