"A vision's just a vision if its only in your head. If no-one gets to see it, its as good as dead."
Stephen Sondheim - Sunday in the Park with George
It's true, isn't it?  We have to move our ideas and visions into reality for them to turn into something.  It might mean that you write down your ideas, share them with someone (a coach?) and start to plan your first tentative steps to making them a reality. Whatever you do, if you are moving towards your goal, you are making progress.

"And the day came when the risk it took to remain tight inside the bud was more painful than the risk it took to bloom" Anais Nin.

You can try to stay where you are, without making any progress, afraid of failure, but here is what Walt Disney says about that:

"All the adversity I've had in my life, all my troubles have strengthened me.  You may not realise it when it happens, but a kick in the teeth may be the best thing in the world for you."

Look past self doubt and self consciousness to discover your talents, become a better you.  Adversity is a powerful teacher!
